The Real Reason Activations Fail (It’s Not the Product)

When an activation underperforms, brands usually look at the numbers.

Samples poured. Bottles sold. Foot traffic.

What they don't always look at is what actually happened on the floor.

Was the ambassador confident or awkward? Did they approach people or wait to be approached? Did they know enough about the product to have a real conversation — or did they just hand out samples and hope for the best?

Those questions matter more than the metrics.

We've seen excellent products get flat results because the execution was off. And we've seen modest products punch way above their weight because the person representing them knew exactly what they were doing.

The product gets people to the table. The person closes it.

At CraftHouse, we build our team around execution. Not just availability. Anyone can fill a shift. Not everyone can represent a brand the way it deserves to be represented.

That's the standard we hold our brand specialists to.

And it's why our clients keep coming back.
